Added flag_url (4:3) and flag_square_url (1:1) SVG flag images to every country.

Motorcycles API

Coverage expanded to 44,000+ models from 638 makes, including model years 2026 and 2027. Make and model matching now ignores case and punctuation.

BIN Lookup API

8-digit BINs are now supported on /v1/bin and /v2/bin, falling back to the 6-digit match when no 8-digit record exists.

Category-scoped MCP endpoints such as /mcp/finance, /mcp/banking, /mcp/geo, /mcp/vehicles, and /mcp/tax load only the tools you need, keeping agent context small.

The cik parameter on /v1/earningstranscriptsearch works again. It accepts zero-padded CIKs and returns every share class (e.g. GOOGL and GOOG).

NAICS Code API

Launched the NAICS Code API: code lookup, keyword search, SBA size standards, risk data, and /v1/naicsclassify, which suggests codes from a plain-language business description.

User Agent API

/v2/useragentparse now parses current Chrome, Edge, Samsung, and ChromeOS user agents, which it had been rejecting as invalid. /v1/useragentgenerate produces current browser versions.

MCP Server

You can authenticate with Authorization: Bearer <key> or an ?apikey= URL parameter, as well as X-Api-Key. Requests to /mcp/ with a trailing slash also work now.

Postal Code API

Postal code lookups now cover 100+ countries through the new country parameter. Input formatting is normalized, and has_postal_codes flags countries without a postal system.

Sales Tax API

New /v1/salestaxnexus endpoint: economic-nexus thresholds for all 50 states and DC, with statute citations.

Motor Carrier API

Launched the Motor Carrier API: about 4.5M US carriers, updated daily. Look up carriers by USDOT or MC number, search, and get insurance filings, safety data, and related entities.

Interest Rate API

rate=effr and the SOFR 30-, 90-, and 180-day averages work again on /v2/interestrate, with history back to 2000 for EFFR and 2020 for SOFR averages.

Interest Rate API

Added prime and lending rates for the US, Canada, Japan, South Africa, China, Malaysia, and Brazil, with history. Long historical results are now paginated.

Oil Price API

Launched the Oil Price API: WTI, Brent, and other energy benchmarks, current and historical, with currency and unit conversion.

Each day's daily bar is now available from 17:00 ET, one hour after the close.

Rates now update on the day they are published.

APIs no longer have scheduled daily downtime on the Free plan.

WHOIS API

Full records now return for TLDs that have retired classic WHOIS, such as .shop, .app, .dev, and .store.

Domain API

available is no longer wrongly true for registered domains on those TLDs. It returns null when availability can't be determined.

Commodity Price API

Fixed intraday timestamps on /v1/commoditypricehistorical. The newest bars are now minutes old.

Historical price APIs

Fixed intermittent quota errors on paid historical stock and commodity requests. Responses are also faster.

Phone Lookup API

Launched the Phone Lookup API: line type (including VoIP), mobile network codes, and disposable-number detection.

IP Lookup API

New fields: is_vpn, is_tor, is_datacenter, is_hosting, is_icloud_relay, is_bogon, is_abuser, threat_level, asn, asn_name, route, and abuse_email. lat and lon are now available on the Free plan.

Domain API

Added registration, expiry, and last-updated timestamps, plus email and hosting provider fields such as mx_provider and hosting_provider.

Treasury Yield API

Launched the Treasury Yield API: par, real, and bill curves, spreads, and a curve_inverted flag, in JSON or CSV. Par history goes back to 1990, and data is updated nightly.

ETF API

Added aum_currency, aum_usd, and domicile for foreign-listed ETFs. country is now the listing country, and holdings coverage is broader.

Institutional Holdings API

When no period is given, holdings now return the manager's latest filed quarter instead of an empty result. /v1/institutionalmovers is much faster.

IPO Calendar API

Rebuilt from SEC filings, with clearer status and deal_type values. The default view shows the active pipeline plus the last 90 days.

Executive Compensation API

Launched the Executive Compensation API: salary, bonus, stock and option awards, and total pay from SEC proxy filings, plus Pay-versus-Performance data, by ticker or CIK.

IBAN API

New invalid_reason field explains why an IBAN failed validation.

Financial Statements APIs

New /v1/incomestatementavailability, /v1/balancesheetavailability, and /v1/cashflowavailability endpoints list which years and quarters are available for a ticker or CIK.

/v1/ticker now returns company sector and industry, plus SIC code and description for US companies.

Sales Tax API

Applied the new Northern Illinois transit tax (+0.25%, effective August 1, 2026) across the six affected counties.

Coverage expanded to about 85,000 airports, heliports, and small airfields (up from about 28,000), with identifiers for airports that have no ICAO code.
