VIN Lookup API

/v1/vinlookup now decodes the manufacturer, model, and year of vehicles built and sold outside North America, across over 600 makes, and accepts Japanese domestic chassis numbers such as ZVW30-1234567. year is always returned as a string.

Lottery API

The Lottery API now covers the draw games of every US state lottery, plus Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, the Tri-State games, Lotto America, 2by2 and Powerball Xs & Os, including keno-style games that draw every few minutes. /v1/lotterygames lists every game with its rules and schedule.

Lottery API

/v1/lottery, /v1/lotterygames and /v1/lotteryjackpots accept state (e.g. IL). /v1/lottery accepts draw_number for keno-style games. Draws add extras for game-specific details such as a keno Bulls-Eye, and games add rapid.

Public Holidays API

Public Holidays, Bank Holidays and Working Days now cover 240+ countries and territories (up from over 100), from one regularly updated calendar. Most countries cover 1980 to 2050; a year outside a country's range returns a 400 error that lists the available years.

Public Holidays API

/v1/publicholidays and /v1/bankholidays rows add actual_date, observed, holiday_id and status. A holiday observed on another day because it falls on a weekend is now its own row (e.g. Independence Day (observed)), and year is the calendar year of date.

Working Days API

/v1/ispublicholiday, /v1/isbankholiday, /v1/workingdays and /v1/isworkingday count holidays that apply nationwide. New optional subdivision (ISO 3166-2, e.g. DE-BY) adds one region's holidays; regional holidays such as Corpus Christi in Germany no longer make a date a non-working day for the whole country.

Working Days API

Working Days uses each country's own weekend, including regional weekend rules, and counts official make-up working days (such as China's working Saturdays) as working days. World Time business-day calculations use the same calendar.

Bank Holidays API

Bank Holidays returns each country's national banking calendar: bank-only closures are included, and public holidays on which banks open are not (for example, U.S. banks stay open on the Friday before a holiday that falls on a Saturday).

Nutrition API

/v1/nutritionbranded now returns values per label serving for most products that were returned per 100 g. serving_size_g shows the serving the values are for.

Nutrition API

/v1/nutritionbranded returns serving_size_household: the serving as printed on the label, such as 3 cookies or 1/4 cup.

Mutual Fund API

/v1/mutualfund now covers mutual funds domiciled in Brazil, Chile, Israel, New Zealand, Peru, Spain and Sweden. Look them up by isin, or with ticker as a country code and local fund code such as CL:8026-8-A. New currency, aum_currency and aum_usd fields: price and aum are in the fund's own currency, and holdings value stays in USD.

Mutual Fund API

Each /v1/mutualfund holding now includes name and isin, money market funds now return their holdings, price is returned for nearly all US mutual funds, and holdings are refreshed daily or monthly for many funds instead of quarterly.

Holidays API

/v2/holidays and /v1/isholiday: national holidays with a religious origin, such as Good Friday and Christmas in Germany, are now typed PUBLIC_HOLIDAY, and the type filter is no longer case-sensitive. Curaçao (CW), Sint Maarten (SX), Guadeloupe (GP), Martinique (MQ), Mayotte (YT), Niger (NE) and Kosovo (XK) now have their own country codes instead of appearing under NL, FR, NG or RS.

Holidays API

All holiday endpoints, including Public Holidays, Bank Holidays and Working Days, match country exactly as an ISO code or English country name. An unrecognized country, a country the endpoint has no data for, or an invalid date, year, month, type or weekend now returns a 400 error instead of another country's data or an empty result.

Holidays API

Free plans can pass the current year as year on /v2/holidays, /v1/publicholidays, /v1/bankholidays and /v1/workingdays. On every is* endpoint, dates in future years require a premium plan.

Bank Holidays API

/v1/bankholidays returns regions: the ISO 3166-2 codes of the regions a holiday applies to, empty when it applies nationwide.

Working Days API

Malaysia, Mexico and Uganda now default to a Saturday and Sunday weekend.

ETF API

/v1/etfsearch accepts a name parameter: search ETFs by fund name, alone or with the other filters. Matching ignores case and word order, and each word matches the start of a word in the fund name, so vanguard 500 finds Vanguard S&P 500 ETF.

Mutual Fund API

/v1/mutualfund now returns holdings, fund_name, aum and expense_ratio for nearly all US mutual funds, including funds that previously returned only a ticker or an empty response.

ETF API

/v1/etf, /v1/etfsearch and /v1/etflist now cover ETFs listed on exchanges worldwide, including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tokyo, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong, India, SIX, Borsa Italiana, B3 and Mexico, with price, AUM and holdings. Any listing of a fund resolves by ticker or isin, and listings includes those exchanges. Where only a fund's top holdings are available, holdings_source says so (e.g. "top 10 of 53 holdings").

ETF API

Free plans now receive price on /v1/etf: the closing price of the most recent completed trading session. Premium plans keep the live price.

aum_currency and aum_usd for Johannesburg-listed ETFs: AUM is in rand (ZAR), and aum_usd was 100 times too small.

Nutrition API

/v1/nutrition and /v1/nutritionitem return image_url on premium plans: a representative image of each food.

ETF API

/v1/etf accepts an isin parameter as an alternative to ticker, and returns listings: every exchange the same fund trades on, with each listing's ticker, exchange, country and currency, plus price, volume and avg_volume on premium plans. An ISIN lookup returns the most traded listing.

Mutual Fund API

/v1/mutualfund accepts an isin parameter as an alternative to ticker.

Metals Price API

Launched the Metals Price API: live spot prices for gold, silver, platinum, and palladium with bid and ask, plus copper and aluminum, each with its futures price and contract. Converts to any currency and weight unit.

Commodity Price API

New /v1/commodityspot endpoint (premium plans): spot prices for gold, silver, platinum, and palladium (live, with bid and ask) and the daily physical spot price for WTI, Brent, natural gas, gasoline, and heating oil.

Gold Price API

New /v1/goldspot endpoint (premium plans): the gold spot price (XAU/USD), with bid and ask and currency and unit conversion.

Oil Price API

New /v1/oilspot endpoint (premium plans): the daily physical spot price for WTI, Brent, natural gas, gasoline, and diesel, with its date and physical benchmark.

Commodity Price API

/v1/commodityprice, /v1/goldprice, and /v1/oilprice now return futures_contract and futures_contract_month: the futures contract the price is quoted for.

WHOIS API

New registrant fields on paid plans: registrant_privacy, registrant_org, privacy_service, registrant_country, registrant_state, and registrant_name. Redaction placeholders such as REDACTED FOR PRIVACY are no longer returned as values, privacy providers are reported in privacy_service rather than as the owner, and registrant data now resolves for TLDs that no longer run a public WHOIS service, such as .shop and .app.

MCP Server

Every tool now declares MCP annotations. Data tools are marked read-only, so agents can call them without a write-permission prompt.

Bitcoin API

New /v1/bitcointreasury endpoint: bitcoin held by public companies and ETFs, from SEC filings, with quarterly history. Refreshed weekly.

New /v1/cryptotreasury endpoint: SEC-reported corporate and ETF holdings of other crypto assets, such as Ethereum.

Weather API

Responses now include weather_code, weather_description, is_day, and light and dark SVG/PNG icon URLs for each condition. The new /v1/weathericons endpoint lists the full icon set.

Country API

Added flag_url (4:3) and flag_square_url (1:1) SVG flag images to every country.

Motorcycles API

Coverage expanded to 44,000+ models from 638 makes, including model years 2026 and 2027. Make and model matching now ignores case and punctuation.

BIN Lookup API

8-digit BINs are now supported on /v1/bin and /v2/bin, falling back to the 6-digit match when no 8-digit record exists.

Category-scoped MCP endpoints such as /mcp/finance, /mcp/banking, /mcp/geo, /mcp/vehicles, and /mcp/tax load only the tools you need, keeping agent context small.

/v2/useragentparse now parses current Chrome, Edge, Samsung, and ChromeOS user agents, which it had been rejecting as invalid. /v1/useragentgenerate produces current browser versions.

MCP Server

You can authenticate with Authorization: Bearer <key> or an ?apikey= URL parameter, as well as X-Api-Key. Requests to /mcp/ with a trailing slash also work now.

Postal Code API

Postal code lookups now cover 100+ countries through the new country parameter. Input formatting is normalized, and has_postal_codes flags countries without a postal system.

Sales Tax API

New /v1/salestaxnexus endpoint: economic-nexus thresholds for all 50 states and DC, with statute citations.

Motor Carrier API

Launched the Motor Carrier API: about 4.5M US carriers, updated daily. Look up carriers by USDOT or MC number, search, and get insurance filings, safety data, and related entities.

Interest Rate API

rate=effr and the SOFR 30-, 90-, and 180-day averages work again on /v2/interestrate, with history back to 2000 for EFFR and 2020 for SOFR averages.

Added prime and lending rates for the US, Canada, Japan, South Africa, China, Malaysia, and Brazil, with history. Long historical results are now paginated.

New fields: is_vpn, is_tor, is_datacenter, is_hosting, is_icloud_relay, is_bogon, is_abuser, threat_level, asn, asn_name, route, and abuse_email. lat and lon are now available on the Free plan.

Domain API

Added registration, expiry, and last-updated timestamps, plus email and hosting provider fields such as mx_provider and hosting_provider.

Treasury Yield API

Launched the Treasury Yield API: par, real, and bill curves, spreads, and a curve_inverted flag, in JSON or CSV. Par history goes back to 1990, and data is updated nightly.

ETF API

Added aum_currency, aum_usd, and domicile for foreign-listed ETFs. country is now the listing country, and holdings coverage is broader.

Institutional Holdings API

When no period is given, holdings now return the manager's latest filed quarter instead of an empty result. /v1/institutionalmovers is much faster.

IPO Calendar API

Rebuilt from SEC filings, with clearer status and deal_type values. The default view shows the active pipeline plus the last 90 days.

Executive Compensation API

Launched the Executive Compensation API: salary, bonus, stock and option awards, and total pay from SEC proxy filings, plus Pay-versus-Performance data, by ticker or CIK.

IBAN API

New invalid_reason field explains why an IBAN failed validation.

Financial Statements APIs

New /v1/incomestatementavailability, /v1/balancesheetavailability, and /v1/cashflowavailability endpoints list which years and quarters are available for a ticker or CIK.
