Quarterly Report (10-Q) SEC Filing API

Form 10-Q is the quarterly report that U.S. public companies must file with the SEC for each of the first three fiscal quarters. It contains unaudited interim financial statements, MD&A, and disclosures about material changes since the most recent 10-K. Large accelerated and accelerated filers must file within 40 days of quarter-end; non-accelerated filers within 45 days. 10-Q filings are the primary source for quarterly earnings trends, segment performance, and emerging risks between annual reports. The SEC Filing API returns 10-Q filing URLs and dates for any public company by ticker.
